In expert this card is insanely good. By drawing either 2 or 3 cards, she effectively becomes a 0-1 cost ally that can either thwart/attack 2 and chump block, or thwart/attack for a total of 4. This is insanely good value. She's basically a better Nick Fury. Pretty much an auto-include in leadership decks barring further power creep.

The mechanic of a card reacting to the Villain's stage number has not aged well since this card was introduced. The three X-Men themed campaign boxes, Mojo, and Agents of Shield box have introduced multiple villains who do not have a stage number (there were only 2 when this card was introduced).
The card is still good in its "Fail case" of only allowing you to draw one card after being played, but I don't think it's necessarily the "auto-include" that the prior reveiw mentioned.
