It's a pretty straight forward allies deck. It's nothing original, but I wanted to showcase a deck that CAN beat standalone expert Ronan.
Some notes:

Always (!!) have at least one ally out to block

If you are in danger of dying by overkill, cancel with milano even if you have an ally to block
-
you will go very long (3+ times your deck) so build up your Serum's and other support card. Steve's Apartment is very important to keep up your live total vs. overkill and retaliate in stage 3. Afterwards get some resource generators going. Avengers Mansion can be postponed.

Try to maximize Rapid Response with some nice Allies that have good ETB effects

If you don't have allies on the board then at least have lockjaw in your discard pile or shield block ready. Otherwise it's pretty likelely that the game is over

I almost always cancel something with the Milano every round

get rid of the weapon as soon as a stun is ready. Ideally keep Ronan stuned every round.
Other than that: keep trying and you will eventually beat him. This deck is capable of it.
