Playing all the upgrades and support leaves the deck down to 13 cards, 2 of which are Crushing Blow. Some upgrades may be used and make their way back into the deck throughout game play, and that's fine. For example Enhanced Physique, Lie in Wait or Adrenaline Rush.
The need for resources on board like Enhanced Physique is for when the enemy exhausts hulk when he has a hand including Unstoppable Force and Hulk Smash. Playing them both is resource heavy, but super effective.
