You can use the basic attack of Hawkeye (3 with the Bow), but sometimes you want to use arrows or other events. You can use events exhausting you weapons. So it's a good alterative to use weapons like Jarnbjorn or Hand Cannon. Also you have the Expert Marksman to generate for Jarnbjorn.
you can only equip two "rescricted" weapon at a time, also expert marksman can generate resources only for arrow events. i suggest you remove handcannon for quincarrier if you have it
