I used this deck solo Vs. all the Villains in Expert mode. Including the campaigns.

Edit : so far, only played the first 2 scenarios from Mad Titan. Went fine, although the second one was pretty tough (discard in early stages is a real pain).

Tech #1 : hard mulligan ! Discard everything but Multi-Gun, Venom's Pistol and Locked and Loaded . Against some vilains, you may hold on Spider-Sense or Project Rebirth but you should mostly discard them anyway. Those are great cards you wish to have in play. But not as much as your guns.

This build in based on Venom versatility : he's very good at cleaning the board while switching to the form that will offer the Vilain the less power. Venom is a master at hide and seek.

Use your Symbiotic Link as much as possible. Always.

Expert : Rhino, Ultron, Klaw, Green Goblin, Red Skull and Galaxy Most Wanted (almost) : no trouble (Zola or Red Skull may be a bit tight given the cards you bought, the other one is then a piece of cake).

Kang Expert is a nightmare with his Step III : your 4 nemesis coming into play at the end of your step is not something you can handle... except working around and waiting waiting waiting for the perfect condition (or just side in one Counterintelligence https://fr.marvelcdb.com/card/08017).

Galaxy Most Wanted note : the collector (scenario 2) is an automatic Lost if you draw Shadow of the Past. Play without it or just see the four Symbiotes as un card for the Collection.

  • Ronan is... Ronan. A two hours nightmare holding your breath everytime he reveals a card. In these conditions, Venom is not worse than any other hero, I'd say he's probably in my top 3 versus Ronan. If the first turns are not a nightmare, you're supposed to win.

Bon jeu !
