Thor Low Cost Justice

Given Thor's smaller hand size I wanted to build a Justice deck that could operate without too many lost or frustrating turns. Only 4 cost card is hero deck ally Lady Sif. With Thor's affinity for minion control, this deck is best used against a villain and/or scenario with more minions. That's why I included 2 Interrogation Room and lots of to crush minions with Lightning Strike. Lastly, Counterintelligence and Under Surveillance to buy time to hangout in Odinson for larger hand size. You can both prevent threat and increase total threat needed on main scheme while collecting Asgard and God of Thunder before flipping over to Thor.

Want to get Surveillance Team, Counterintelligence, and Interrogation Room out as often and as quickly as possible to keep whittling the threat down every turn. Quincarrier over Helicarrier if possible so you can use it to generate lightning bolts for Lightning Strike. Although, half the deck is for that purpose (21 cards). Deck probably best for two-handed single play or multiplayer.
