Monica going into battle aided with all Aerial Allies. Once they are out, Cloud 9's special ability and Air Supremacy will add a lot of utility to these already solid allies.
They are expensive allies though, So getting out Energy Duplication and Team Building exercise to aid with acquiring them, then Reinforced Suit, Team Training, Innovation and Ready for Action to keep them around. Make the Call can bring back the specific Ally you need/can afford at that moment.
