War Machine tried SCL with a meat-n-potatoes Justice deck

This is my V2 for SCL S11, R3 and what I ended up playing my games with. My first pass leaned too much into SHIELD shenanigans, but now I just focused on threat removal so Rhodey could flip each turn.

Not much else to it!

NOTE: I thought Team Building Exercise could work in AE mode for SHIELD allies, but it's clearly a Hero action. So if I had to it do over again, I would probably cut the card...
