The main scheme’s threat level being very low Under Surveillance was a necessity for me which has locked me to a control deck. After a few trials and taking inspiration from SHIELD decks I arrived at this slowish but reliable deck. Global Logistics being new in my collection (along with the last full cycle I just picked up after a hiatus on SCL) proved amazingly useful this round.
