The goal of this deck is to be a generic “quick deck” that can be pre assembled for easy deck building.
The the theme is simple maximize the shield cards to create great support for any hero. However, this works best for heroes with shield trained cards like Miles Spider man, War Machine, Capt. Marvel. Note Agent Carter would have to be removed if you used Capt. America so he is not the ideal candidate.
