This deck is built to give out cookies to everybody else in a big multiplayer game. It is heavy on supports and upgrades that help out opponents do their thing better without investing their own cards / resources.
The web-warrior kit is honestly mostly for Thwip! Thwip! and Web of Life and Destiny. Other than that, the allies should be handed out for chump-blocking at will to your opponents as well.
