The big problem of Hawkeye is his short life, so we must ensure that in each turn we can have allies to block the villain attacks while he uses his arrows. Therefore, we have used allies with very cheap cost in order to have enough resources to draw allies and to play arrows. In addition, key cards such as "Make the Call", "Regroup" and "Rapid Response" are added to have allies available each turn.

A very important card is also "Earth's Mightiest Heroes" because, as the allies have basic stats, they will allow us to exhaust them all being all avengers and prepare our hero to make an attack equal to 3 or to use the bow again. In addition, this card match perfectly with the rapid response because several allies when they enter again to the game remaining 1 life of dying so to avoid being a turn without doing anything they can be used to prepare our hero for a cost of 0.

Finally, the number of cards is 42 but, as we will have the bow from the beginning, at the end it is a deck of 41 cards. Keep in mind that Nick Fury drawing 3 cards allows you to cycle the deck faster, so 42 cards seems to me an ideal number for this game philosophy.
