I play a lot of hulk and I believe this to be the best version of him.
There are many things that can happen and work great.

You get at least 2 allies out and ingenuity and laboratory. Warlock and widow can stay out indefinitely (you can tank most if not all the hits) this allows you to control the encounter deck and hit repeatedly with warlock, or make a minion with 2 atk or less essentially removed from the game. Since warlock can take the hit and heal every turn.

You just ready a lot and keep hitting and defending. You can get your atk and def to 5, which is pretty dang beefy.

You do what hulk does best and smash.
With plan b, if you ever get a hand that isn't optimal, your able to make use of the extra card and/or ping off an annoying tough.
