Went through a few iterations with this, but this feels very well tuned to beat Ultron on Expert (with any of the encounter sets).

The main features of using Justice are Interrogation Room (great because you are constantly killing drones) and "Heroic Intuition", which once you get onto Iron Man- with the Arc Reactor out, you can reduce 6 threat in a single turn easily. At this point, it isn't to difficult to hold out for big attacks while keeping threat at bay. Daredevil is obviously nice for taking out Drones while removing threat.

I found two main tricks playing vs Ultron. The first is to almost always let the first scheme flip and focus on building up Tony's suit (or getting out Avenger's Mansion if you can). The point is you want to, by the second turn, be able to flip to Iron Man and almost never flip back. You are going to need to get some gear out so he has a hand big enough to do this (playing with a hand size of one or two just won't work).

The second trick is to try and have allies out as much as possible when you are getting attacked, and try to tank the main attack by Ultron yourself if you only have one ally out. This is to prevent a Gang Up from wrecking you, which it can easily do if you do not have an ally, or even if you had the ally tank the first hit (because Ultron puts out a drone for every attack, the Gang Up attack is MUCH more damage than the first hit is).

First Aid should allow you to stay as Iron Man longer, as will Nick Fury, Mockingbird, and the Mark V Armor.

Concussive Blow can confuse Ultron so you can flip back to Tony to draw more cards or heal up, so that has bee a nice addition.

Enhanced Awareness is a bit inefficient, but it's great to always have a resource on tap to be able to go Arial when your boots are out, and not feel compelled to toss out a First Aid or other important Mental resource card. Since this is super important in late game to doing big damage attacks, I found it more beneficial than Helicarrier.

As is typical with Iron Man, you want to keep the villain from winning while you build up your suit. Once you have everything out, it's fairly easy to wreck Ultron with Repulsor Blasts and aerial Supersonic Punches.
