The 3 amigos and Yondu

Use Cables set up ability to get a voltron ally started fast by putting call for back up into play. I like to start with yondu so that way I for sure have a target for comms implant and laser blaster. Use yondu and Fantomex to do whatever cable can't handle. Band together is sure to always generate at least one and mid to late game two resources which is really all you need for this cheap deck.
