a lot of energy resources to max out the chance to have a strong repulsor blast (maybe a couple of it...). Perhaps Under surveillance should be a 3x because you should see it in opening hand ( you can try a mulligan if needed). Once you built your armour, you're unstoppable. Use tech cards as resources ONLY if you already have Stark Tower in play.
