Yes, not 40 cards... But with 28 upgrades/supports, your deck/discard pile thins out quite a bit. You don't want your preparation cards to focus on countering your own deck's flaw.
Low cost deck, preparation themed. You simply need to focus on playing each move slowly and not forget any card's possible activation. With 18 Preparation cards, the Widowmaker ability will be forgotten from time to time if you're not focused!
Took down RotRS campaign on the first try and without a sweat. The key is simple: you defend every turn, blocking most damage coming at you, then use a prep card for your suit to cancel your exhaustion and chip down the enemy with the Widowmaker.
