Just go to Match-Up Recommendation [1] if you just want to play

Fall of X

Introduction (This is Solo Oriented):

Hello there, do you dislike the Pool' Aspect because of its riskiness? Fear no more as you turn the disadvantage to advantage. Disclaimer, this deck only works with villain with heavy minions like Klaw, Drang, On the Run Marauders or minion heavy encounter deck.

How To Play:

Despite the hilarious theme, this deck requires a lot of thinking and puzzle solving similar to Domino. You will figure it out though heed my advice, DO NOT FEAR ANY ICON. It will reward you later on.

Tricks and Combo:

  1. Barely a Scratch while Shadowcat is in phased will prevent all damage even when there is no icon on the table.
  2. Keep your HP up for Self Confidence, Self Control, and Self Preservation
  3. Vivian can be included if you are looking to play it outside of multiplayer or as a safe fall.

Match-Up Recommendation:

  1. Test the Deck-Out using On the Run (Expert) with Military Grade and Guerilla Tactics
  2. Include Guerilla Tactics on villain that already has minion heavy (i.e. Zola, Marauders, and Master Mold)
  3. If the villain has a modular encounter set that is not a minion based, replacing it Military Grade offer the Phase Strike card to be activated.
  4. Avoid including Teamwork minions as Distraction will allow one of them to trigger.

Cool combo with Phased and Barely a Scratch! The ability to use Phased or Intangible to circumvent crisis is awesome!

i've been wanting to try Shadowcat with 'Pool for a while now. seems like such a great fit. i hadn't looked at the cards close enough to see Barely a Scratch! is a defense! it's better than Side Step! i also really love how she can dodge the crisis from Ambush and Distraction
