This deck revolves around getting Live Dangerously into play and keeping it in play to benefit from the +2 hand size. Living Dangerously has Crisis, Acceleration, Boost, and Hazard icons. Shadowcat's hero ability, Selective Intangibility, allows her to ignore the Crisis icon while she's in Phased form. Her Mass form upgrade prevents all damage when she defends while in Phased form, effectively ignoring the Boost Icon. With careful play you are only effected by the Acceleration and Hazard icons for +2 hand size.

I chose Headpool and Lady Deadpool as allies because they both have Boost icons which, as stated before, can effectively be ignored while defending in Phased form. Stick-to-Itiveness can help assure that you are in Phased form when starting the villian phase by allowing you to ready. Usually you will start the hero phase exhausted and in Solid form from defending. X-Jet can generate the resource you need to activate Stick-to-Itiveness, readying her and allowing her to attack and flip back to Phased form.

When fully set up, there should only be 15 cards to cycle through in the deck: her 9 identity-specific events, "I Got This" x3, Phased and Confused x2, and Lockheed. Of those 15 cards, 8 are able to help you thwart the main scheme: "I Got This" x3, Shadowcat Surprise x3, and Airwalk x2. With the +2 hand size, you have 7 hand size in hero form, and if you have Avenger's Mansion in play, you draw 8 cards per turn, assuring yourself to draw at least 1 of the 8 cards that help you thwart. It is important to remember that Selective Intangibility only allows Shadowcat to ignore Crisis icons, so Headpool, Lady Deadpool, and Lockheed can't thwart the main scheme. Since you will be ignoring most damage because of Phased form, you shouldn't need to flip to alter-ego form for healing very often, especially if you have Healing Facor in play, so the main scheme shouldn't accumulate threat too quickly to keep up with.

Live Dangerously doesn't just give you +2 hand size. It makes Laser Swords reach the maximum +4 attack, and "I Got This" triggers all of its abilities. Between Shadowcat with Laser Swords, Stick-to-Itiveness, Live Dangerously, X-Jet, Avenger's Mansion, and both Headpool and Lady Deadpool with Sidearm, you can defend against an entire attack and deal 11 damage every turn before factoring the 8 cards in your hand.

EDIT: After play testing more, I found Energy, Genius, and Strength to be worth including. To make room for them, I took out both of the Sidearms, and Rock, Paper, Scissors.

Nice deck! This is a really solid idea to get around the crisis icon in Live Dangerously and vibe from the +2 hand size. You clearly spent a lot of time making this deck and it pays off. Great job!
