With the Advanced suit, you can keep Atlas Bear doing his thing. With Make the Call, you can grab Maria Hill again and again. With Mission Leader you can let everyone draw a card when a sidescheme is defeated. So many ways to support the table, and then with the 10 resources, he could possibly get them all situated into his hand for a massive blast with his Rifle, and using his Energy Conversion get them right back into his deck.
