Ready. Set. Frostbite.

I really like Frostbite and the most efficient way to reliably get 2 copies of this on a villain is to attack and defend, so that's the crux of this deck. Your key engines are Utopia, Desperate Defense, and Indomitable. They are all relatively cheap so you will have enough fuel for them plus an identity specific event. There are also opportunities to attack multiple times in a hero phase with Ever Vigilant and Utopia. So many Frostbites you may not even need your upgrades to block all the damage.

There will be times where you will have to block multiple times, but you won't have to worry about damage as you have your clone buddies to back you up. Colossus and Armor are there as oh snap I need a minion to defend turns. If you think you need more of this you could swap out Angel for Polaris.

If you don't mind going over 40 cards you could think about adding Build Support and/or Superpower Training. I don't think either is vital, but you should have enough thwart to cover them if you want the extra ability to get supports/identity specific upgrades.
