This is my second “Budget Beginner deck” for those looking to break into the game without breaking the bank. If you’ve already got the core set and want to play Captain Marvel, your next purchase is just one pack: War Machine. The cards in the War Machine pack give you enough options to round out your leadership build from the core set.
