Never Back Down, Never Give Up!!!

This deck is intended to deal a ton of damage while minimizing his damage. First off you need to get into play a few key upgrades, Wolverine's Claws, Symbiote Suit, Adamantium Skeleton, (with Endurance if you get it) to bring up your hit points to 24 and your ATK to 4. Then you start throwing down your attack events like Counter-Punch and Tackle with Wolverine's Claws to deal some damage. Counter-Punch, Powerful Punch and Electrostatic Armor will make your foes ever regret attacking you. When you do end up taking significant damage you can use Second Wind, What Doesn't Kill Me and Momentum Shift to heal it bringing your health up to whole.
