Much like a wizard prepares their spells, this deck uses the powerful preperation "Rapid Response" to keep the allies you conjure with chaos magic on the battlefield. The deck is 50 cards, trust me, you will use all of them.
This deck originally ran "Hope Summers" to grab Chaos Magic and combo with Regroup ; but it felt clunky and only worked when the villain wasn't oppressive and I had the right card in hand. So I switched to "Kid Omega" for a bit. I found he was a lttle over costed for Wanda and settled on "M" - but I found that M could just deal so many minions over KO. "Squared Off", "Face The Past", and "Summoning Spell" are also really good inclusions, but can be unreliable as getting overwhelmed by minions early game or losing your deck to get a 1 cost ally. Bad feels.
I have cleared every Standard & Expert scenario in the game, having the most trouble with Ronan in Galaxies Most Wanted and Venom Goblin in Sinister Motives. Certain scenarios may want you to mod this deck - so pick your allies you want when swapping.
A good wizard is always prepared.

Summoning spell is rad. It really is. And I did use it at times. But when I was playing through some campaigns - I found always had to wait til my deck was thinned out enough to control more of what is summoned when I used it. So it was a card I was always holding onto instead of playing it, and discarding 3x rapid reponses to get stinger always made me go [sigh] lol. But sometimes I hit a turn one Captain Marvel with summoning spell and life is good. So maybe I need to add a little chaos back to it. |
You cleared every single scenario in the game on standard and expert in this deck? Wow, that’s some dedication to a decklist!
