Jubilee's Fourth of July Extravaganza

This deck was inspired by Villain Theory's mentioning of Honed Technique as a beautiful card for Jubilee. Honestly, though, Jubilee's Sunglasses really do a great job in handling most of the damage needed. If you can get Honed Techniquedown, you are going to be mowing down just about any villain that you take on with this deck. The allies are really great options to help status lock villain's and to ready Jubilee using Utopia. As an added card, Children of the AtomC would help bring the whole thing together, allowing you to trigger card abilities that require for you to have X-Men allies when you're playing an x-force ally.
