Morale boost and Go all out are a great combo for Thor. Use allies to take out minions, try to attach coordinated attack on minions and use allies to finish off minions so you can save Thor's attacks for the villain. Try to widdle down minion's health to 3 and below with other allies and finish them off with Beta Ray Bill to get the main scheme threat removal.
