This is the deck intended to be used as a pair with my Psylocke Turbo Draw deck. It isn't necessary to do that though, as it plays fine by itself.
The basic premise is to boost Laura's attack through the roof and get as many readies as possible; all while keeping her and Gabby healthy. This deck has plenty of ways to do that.
The first thing you want to do is get Protective Training on Gabby, both to keep her alive and so Game Time can be used for additional readies. Repurpose is obviously a focus, which can ready and boost you from the Energy Barriers and Plasma Pistol (Electrostatic Armor is also an option in a pinch, but ideally you want to keep that so you get an extra point of damage back with Adamantium Lacing's Retaliate).
What Doesn't Kill Me is another ready, along with some healing. Med Team is a good panic button heal, and of course you have Regenerative Longevity and Pain Tolerance. Night Nurse is a heal as well, but more importantly clears a status, which can be annoying for this deck otherwise.
IPAC can be a trap in some decks, but Laura likes it here. Her deck is so cheap that drawing two is often two extra card plays. That easily makes up for the extra encounter, and it's not often that I don't use it on a turn (unless there's an imminent loss condition).
When played with the Psylocke deck, I'll usually take Front Line Specialist from Specialized Training. Combat Specialist or Defense Specialist make sense, but she normally wants the hit points more. If you play this deck solo, you can drop Specialized Training into it easily enough (you can clear it in a single turn with Animal Instinct or an ally out, or any other of your readies).
This deck hardly ever chump blocks, unless Laura is about to die (that's why there are only a couple of allies). Laura defends every turn, and wants to take a single damage so she readies (another reason not to take Defense Specialist, as you might be too effective at defending). Energy Barriers can also stop excess damage / chip damage so you don't get worn down.
I don't usually keep track of numbers, but I used this with Psylocke against Expert Ultron and kept track of some of the stats. This deck did 55 damage in the final turn to kill Ultron III, purely from X-23 and Honey Badger.
This deck is from a while ago (I made it at the same time as the Psylocke deck), but I probably wouldn't change much now. I'd drop the Plasma Pistol for a Stun Gun or two, but that's about all.
