Rogue's Big Green Punching Bag

A response to Boomguy's challenge to make a Rogue centered deck.

Obviously if we want her to be stealing basic powers we want them to be the highest we can get them and even if the community thinks he's the worst, the guy I thought of was Hulk. Obviously he's not going to be able to keep up with threat, but that's not the point of the deck. The main thing this deck needs to do is keep rogue in the game, and keep giving her that attack of 5. Hulk's going to be running defense on this one, putting out the upgrades and events while Rogue does most of the attacks.

Add some cellphone time and a sidearm and she's swinging for 7

I'm sure this deck can be improved and streamlined but it's what I could come up with on my lunch break. Might want to add a counterpunch or two to make it more exciting or a couple defense cards to add some effects here or there, but wanted to keep the deck size small so finding rogue and getting her into play was easier.
