Wrought Iron Curtain's revenge

Goal: Get winter soldier out repeatedly, for free. Activate him, and block with him. Recur him for cheap.

Pretty standard recursion deck, but preparation focus to abuse Widow's abilities. It is not "OMG S Tier, destroyer of game!!!!" deck. It is very busy. It is very satisfying. It REALLY is built to highlight Natasha and Bucky being an amazing pair of operatives.

Winter is coming:

Ideally opening hand you want a suit up and a resource card. Don't jump right to Bucky. Instead grab Maria Hill till you have 3 or 4 preparations out.

Do not mulligan for Impact-Dampening Suit. Just play preparations and build up. Your main goal early game is to use Widows abilities, and get 3 or 4 preparations out.

White Out:

Natasha and Bucky make a hell of a pair. Make sure you have a Rapid Response out and a Practiced Plan if you can. Then use whatever tricks available to get Winter Soldier onto the table. He should come out for either 1 resource (preferably a Effective Leadership) or for free.

Use Get Ready, Sky Cycle, and Command Team to get him to 1 hp remaining by racking up consequential with activations. Block with Bucky to kill him and trigger Regroup or Rapid Response. Get Winter Soldier back out on the table.

Practiced Plan is your best friend. Use it to hold onto the important Preparations. This usually means Rapid Response but can vary depending on scenario.

In play testing, you can keep Bucky out pretty much all game and usually get 2-3 activation per turn. If you get Mighty Avengers out, Bucky is attacking or thwarting for 3. If you can defeat him with activation and trigger Rapid Response, than Synth-Suit goes off too.
