Swift Manipulation

This deck has a lot of potential. Spend most of the game keeping your phoenix force restrained till you need to push the endgame. Remember psychic manipulation can be used in alter-ego AND when you force it with swift retribution. Only use brains over brawn when you can defeat a minion with it or you happen to have Heroic intuition in play (4 damage from it is much more value). Ive learned from the past few published decks that sometimes, having some cards in the deck that are situational are best because they can be spent when not needed to allow better card play decisions. Marvel girl is one of those cards. Only use Waylay when 7 damage can be acquired. Forge is in this to help get Cerebro, but I happened to get Cerebro and all I had left in my deck was forge as a single card, which obviously lost value, however, it helped pay for other cards. This deck does lack some slight minion control and side scheme control. If going up against a high side scheme scenario, I suggest swapping waylays out for 3 overwatches to maximize your basic 4 thwart.
