Team Strike is the aim of the deck; and getting our allies pumped up to do so. Colossus, and Wolverine are 3 attack base; Gambit also has the potential for it. Boot Camp and Thunderstorm boost by 1 each; Enraged gives another 2 each; attack training; another 1. Maybe looking at 8 attack per ally. Storm herself can get to 5 with Brute Force and Combat Training.
Even without Utopia out to bring in a 4th ally; you've got a starting point at 3 allies (without any supports or upgrades) of 14 attack to spread as you wish; pushing well over 30 towards late game.
