Rhodey for a Fight

James Rhodes is Ready for a Fight, and as War Machine prepared to Repurpose his Stark Tech for extra action. In addition to the hero-specific upgrades, there are a number of Energy Barriers and a Forcefield Generator as palatable targets for Repurpose.

War Machine tends to want to flip down to alter-ego to build ammo counters on Munitions Bunker. This is key and Build Support is here to get that bunker up and running quicker. Agent 13 is drafted to maximize loading up on those while managing threat on the main scheme with her 2 thwart stat.

Also while in alter ego, Leo Fitz finds tech upgrades in the deck, while Jemma Simmons helps put them into play in both alter-ego and hero forms. Don't forget to cycle War Machine cards into the deck when flipping down. This makes it easier to use hero-specific upgrades as targets for Repurpose.

Dr. Sinclair is on hand for good measure in case additional hit point recovery is needed in alter-ego. Ready for a Fight is the safeguard against the villain scheming out, just be sure the Upgraded Chassis is in play to get that tough status card. Superpower Training should help find and put this pricey upgrade into play.

Those who might want to go the distance above a 40 card deck could include Ever Vigilant for additional readying after a Repurpose has boosted War Machine's basic stats for a round. That Upgraded Chassis provides the aerial trait in addition to the tough status card bump.
