This is just a hybrid of Web-Warrior Fanatic's "Stun Me all You Want" deck with a sprinkling of dr00's "Monica Chang: Employee Of The Month", which is to say that you're probably better off running either of those two decks. Still, we've got enough allies to hopefully let Maria browse her socials all day instead of having to leave her ergonomically designed office chair, and I love that for her.
This deck is meant for a four player format; I've dropped the Under Surveillance because it's pretty bad with four players at the table. If you're soloing, drop Venom and maybe add one.
The ability to tutor Monica Chang with Chance Encounter is gone from this deck; the surveillance teams are going to have to be satisfied surveilling missiles onto the Bellerophon until Monica decides to roll into the office. Hopefully she brought donuts.
Gambit, Blindfold, Coulson, Intelligence, Spycraft, and Global Logistics help control the encounter deck, allowing you to have the "I am 4 parallel universes ahead of you" spy fantasy. Your cadre of 6 cost ships help give the taxpayers a show, and your field agents and command teams hopefully keep it all humming along as Agent Hill frantically calls in every favor and piece of blackmail to get her 10 allies in motion.
Venom is here because 1.) Lore reasons, and 2.) untapping him with a Command Team allows you to put a lot of hurt on the table in a very short time if for some reason the Bellerophon and the Iliad are in the shop for an oil change. In solo mode you for sure want to cut him, but in 4 player mode the extra encounter card isn't that bad imho. Symbiote responsibly.
Meditation is always good in the decks that want it, but it's especially good here because we have 12 2-cost cards, allowing us to draw six cards, play meditate and a 3 drop or 4 drop ally, and still have three cards in hand to play a Command or Surveillance Team or an APB or what have you.
If you get all 4 6-cost ships on the table at once, you are contractually obligated to play Wagner's Ride of the Valkyries as you turn them sideways.
