Chivalry Fell on its Sword

This was mostly an excuse to complete the other half of the lyric, but I think part way through building this deck I realized that it allowed for something that I had been interested in trying in Hulkling since his reveal.

Mostly, I was convinced that the best way to play him was to pick one of his shapes, build around it, and use the other cards as double resources. However, this deck I think allows for the opposite type of play, where you are constantly changing shape to capitalize on his ready ability. Generally, any shape but Imitation Shape is likely doing to be good to be in so you're always getting an attack boost.

We've got some new cards and some old staples. Ready up, smack the boss, stay alive. That's the plan.
