This deck is a control deck that aims to stay in AE majority of the time, deal chip damage to minions, then end the game with a burst finish via Gamma Slam.
In most card games, action compression is invaluable and I think that She-Hulk, while not S tier, has lots of it.
She-Hulk can: A. effectively thwart for 1 passively in AE without having to exhaust while other heroes have to commit their turn B. Deal 2 damage simply by flipping over to hero form while other heroes have 1 ATK stat or have to spend their entire turn for ATK
Game Plan:

Build out using Meditation to easily play Avengers Mansion, Helicarrier, Beat Cop, or Samuel Jackson. If you do find yourself flipping to hero form, try to sneak in Quincarrier as it needs the Avenger trait.

Stay as much as you can in AE form to take advantage of your 6 hand size. Disguise and Superhuman Law Division can easily manage threat so that the enemy cant scheme out. Your AE passive also negates the first tick of the main scheme every round so thats a free thwart.

Control the board with your hero swap 2 damage ping and 3 attack stat - keep the minions to a minimum. Feel confident in soaking damage as you have a 15 HP pool to use - which then fuels your Gamma Slam.

Keep an eye out for Split Personality as it can make some absurd plays. Start in AE, thwart using disguise or SLD, flip to hero and deal damage, then play Split Personality to refill your hand.

Use Gamma Slam to burst the second stage of the villain.
Combos and card interactions to take note of:

Beat Cop can be used to keep the main scheme manageable even in AE form. With 1 of these out, you can effectively thwart for 2 a turn while ticking up a removal for a late game push.

Coulson can fetch the single copy of Counterintelligence for that extra protection from Advance, etc.

Lay the Trap and Take Out the Guards allow you to maximize your AE turns, banking them for future threats.

Dont underestimate Legal Practice as it can help you thwart in AE form. Not the best but certainly has it uses.

- Meditation to fuel Mansion, Helicarrier, or Beat Cop
- Mansion, Helicarrier, Beat Cop
- SLD or Disguise
Card that can be considered but ultimately cut:

Limitless Stamina - good but you already have one two punch for readies

Down Time - your 5 REC is substantial enough and you wont take too much damage ideally since you will be mostly in AE form.

Justice allies such as Jessica Jones - you can add them in but you have enough thwarting and damage already.
