The first iteration of tigra justice and can almost certainly use improvement. DD, JJ, and Misty are in for defenders theme. Uncle Nicky is just in for more Allies and decent cards. Use #hunted to grab #common criminal from the encounter deck and just let them stay in front of you (my group jokes that they’re sitting around in booking.). This fuels cat’s head amulet and Precinct HQ. 3 beat cops and disguise nets 5 thwart a turn. Precinct HQ has no upper limit, but only goes super positive if you get a bunch of 0 scheme minions engaged with you. It can still negate all the 1 scheme minions you might get though. The raft adds even more thwart and can lock down minions that we don’t want to see come back around. Crew quarters and cell phone(which I added to represent my police radio) bring some utility to the deck. This deck has worked hilariously well in a couple games against Trickster Takedown’s Loki.

Weirdly, this deck also works pretty well for minion control. I often have 4-6 minions sitting in front of Tigra not really doing anything. Can stuff a few more minions under the raft. It’s just dumb how much utility Tigra can have.

Also, while I say it’s “no flip” if I get a couple “tooth and claw” in hand, I can flip up to do some decent damage and generally my Allie’s plus the defense in Tigra’s kit means she doesn’t get punished to bad.
