This is a voltron deck for both Ronin and Winter Solider.
Power Gloves and Reinforced Suit are tech so Leo & Jemma can find and pay for them. Suit Up Winter Soldier with Power Gloves so that he does damage while thwarting. Bring in Ronin with a Sky Cycle to get 6 ATK in a single turn.
When he is defeated put him in the Med Lab to play from alter-ego. Again, the Sky Cycle can ready him as he will enter play exhausted from the Med Lab.
