One of my go-to justice decks for my favorite hero that I'm bringing to CoH 26. It's very straightforward-- lots of thwarting events to easily control threat in a MP game and trigger whatever shape Hulkling happens to be in. I tend to flip shapes quite a bit with this deck. Sometimes I begin in Imitation Shape to get set up, then flip to Armored shape to increase survivability while continuing to thwart. With the healing effect of Armored Shape, I find I can often take hits to the face, use my basic thwart (which will be 3 even in Armored Shape with upgrades out), and play an event to heal a bit back up. I often finish the game in Hulk Shape; at that point, I'm built out enough to control threat with events. Hulk Shape can help the table close the game out. Also, toward the end, I sometimes find I can flip shapes twice in a turn, allowing some readies and extra thwarting or damage.
Finally, 3 copies of skilled investigator and a couple nice player side schemes to keep the table happy. I also avoid Quincarrier with this deck to allow another player to use it (Hulkling already has a wild resource generator in his kit, so no need to be greedy). Helicarrier works just fine with this deck.
