Use Double Life regularly to flip down to alter ego, shuffle a hero event into the deck (generally Double Life itself) then flip back to hero form. While in AE, use Assault Training to also shuffle an Aggression event back into the deck.

Recover hit points buffed by Down Time and Endurance (one might sub in Aggressive Conditioning, but generally Spider-Man will be thwarting in hero form). Double Life can be played here after recovering to return to hero form and then ready when paying with a strength resource.

Miles Morales, unlike Peter Parker, has the power to stun and confuse on the regular. Leaning in to these hero abilities, Press the Advantage will draw a card more consistently. Further stun and draw a card with Drop Kick, generally using Web Shooter(s), Martial Prowess, Power of Aggression, and Aggressive Energy.

With a focus on flipping from AE to hero form, Surprise Attack can more easily pop off.

Supported by his web-warrior allies, Ghost Spider brings Double Life or Arachnobatics to hand; Otto Octavius can ready the web shooter plus draw a card; ready up using Peter Parker; Hobie Brown defends while pushing damage on the villain.

When they leave play draw a card with Web of Life and Destiny. Bring them back into play via Across the Spider-Verse.
