Straightforward, always be psionic, play psionic cards, confuse the villain and flip down to alter ego every other turn or so, reap the rewards.
Notable combo's/important play lines:

  1. Infinite Prof X spam: once you get Cerebro out, you can use Psylocke's alter ego ability to exhaust a psi-energy upgrade to put Prof X back into your deck. Once he's in your deck, you use Cerebro to pull him to your hand. Also works with White Queen whenever you need to clear a status for yourself or any teammate.
  2. Great "skill" cards that you can pull out of your deck with Training Regimen: Honed Technique, Target Acquired, Directed Force, Martial Prowess, Psylocke's 3 signature upgrades (Martial Arts Training, Psionic Training, Weapons Training). Careful consideration of this choice every turn and tracking what options you still have left in your deck really gives the deck a "toolbox" kind of feel -- very fun and rewarding.
  3. Honed Technique: You also can pay for its required two mental resources with her psi-knives, and your psi-knives let you hit the required mental resource whenever you play your aggression events to get the boost from Honed Technique. Psylocke is the most natural home for Honed Technique, if you ask me. Chef's kiss
  4. Directed Force: If you have at least 1 Psi-Katana out, Psylocke's basic attacks have piercing.
  5. Target Acquired: recurring this skill with Training Regimen can save you or a teammate from a nasty boost effect. You'll only be in hero form 50-75% of the time with this deck, but this is still worth it in my opinion.

Other Considerations: Test the Defense -- also a "skill" you can pull out with Training Regimen, rewards you for spamming attack events which is naturally what you want to be doing anyway.

Aggression's psionic cards are so fun with Honed Technique. Nice deck!
