Cameo Wiccan (Avenger, Mystic) from the Hulkling hero kit. His enter play ability brings any of Scarlet Witch's powerful hero-specific events to hand. He's joined by Kaluu and White Tiger to round out the Avengers card drawing lineup. Vision is here to assist the love of his AI-powered heart.
Since these are all Avengers, adding Avengers Tower allows four to be in play plus make it cheaper to play them again and again. Mighty Avengers boosts their stats. Quincarrier helps pay for these as well as reliably power-up Vision's ally ability with an energy resource.
In multiplayer, I might sub out 1 copy of Rapid Response and 1 Call for Add to bring more Mighty Avengers to power up other heroes' Avengers teams.
The combo of Avenge Me! and Rapid Response will draw cards and cycle allies back into play. Wiccan must enter play from hand, so Call for Aid can bring him into hand from the deck more quickly.
Build Support plays Mighty Avengers. Call for Backup plays Quicksilver or Vision, both usually a 4 cost. Evaluate Threat discounts Avengers Mansion or Quincarrier.
