Two copies of Super-Solider Serum generate two strength resources per turn with a 3rd from Marital Prowess: Drop Kick, Heroic Strike, Relentless Assault.
Discarding a card to ready up makes Cap's basic attack quite valuable: Aggressive Conditioning, Combat Training, Specialized Training (Combat Specialist), Savage Strike.
He wants an additional ready (Spoiling for a Fight) and more cards to play or discard (Bring It!). Perhaps all of those drawn cards will be used to clear the board with Shield Toss.
