Justice Served requires the hero to thwart, but not a basic thwart, so events count. This allows She-Hulk ready and basic attack twice in a turn (thrice if playing Limitless Stamina, too).

Clear the Area and Skilled Investigator aid She-Hulk's small hand size.

Multitasking and Overwatch amplify the threat removal across schemes.

Hellcat, Firebird, and Quake assist with thwarting. Avengers Compound holds one of them until resources are in hand.
