Justice...Justice...Justice

First attempt to build Echo for a MP campaign. The focus is on recurring justice events to keep threat under control. In Justice, her survivability seems a little sketchy, so we do have some cheap allies and HP boosts (endurance and Heroic Conditioning) to help. DD will be at the table with this deck, so this will be a 42 card deck (with new rules). Blindspot is here anticipating DD's upgrades!
