who would've thought? Run Cyclops no ally. what!? well he can grab leading blow easily after ramping up his DEF and if The Best Offense is in play it is pretty nice.
if you've got TBO in hand and can spend a turn in AE - you can grab 2 leading blows, maybe a 3rd if you draw into Tactical Brilliance.
