One of my favorite decks ever is called Playing Poker with Natasha Romanoff, where she never leaves Alter-Ego.
This deck is very similar, except Matt becomes Daredevil whenever the court system doesn't administer adequate justice.
Starting out, you want to get all of your upgrades slammed onto the villain as quickly as possible until Enhanced Olfaction is your only remaining Sense in your deck. Deposition and Focus the Senses let you do this in Alter-Ego. Don't forget to use Dance with the Devil and also don't be afraid to jump into hero form to put some senses out.
Use Enhanced Olfaction to get some of your higher cost cards out cheap, then keep recycling it on either side schemes or enemies.
Once you have Karen Page out, you can recycle a card per turn, while drawing an extra in Alter-Ego. You have plenty of cards to deal with threat survival, plus allies if necessary.
There's several ways to get the damage dealt to the villain once you're done setting up. With Blindspot and Nelson and Murdock, you have several ways to keep the Villain under a confuse lockdown, allowing your characters to deal more damage with Float Like a Butterfly.
Against a steady or stalwart villain, that gets tougher, but that's why we put a massive amount of upgrades on the villain. That's when Daredevil makes his own justice with Cross-Examination and Raising Hell. A combination of both should take a villain down one stage.
Since you won't be doing a lot of damage early, you need something to deal with minions. Legal Trouble is justice's pinned down, allowing you to ignore pesky minions because they rarely can scheme. Hawkeye helps with any minions who still like to scheme despite the cases against them.
Matt Murdock is the strongest alter-ego only identity since Natasha in wave 1: marvelcdb.com
