Very inexperienced with deck building but giving this a go.
I've weighed in heavily on the TACTIC trait as it feels like that's what Cyclops wants you to to but thematically I've also included some TRAINIG cards.
It felt like the deck built itself to be honest and my only 'throw it in there' card was Plan Of Attack because I'd decided on Aggression and it was the best remaining tactic!
I'm yet to try the hand out. I'll update when I've done so but in the meantime I'm happy for any constructive criticism or tips.
