This is a Ronin solo deck with a very low cost curve that uses Ready for a Fight to leverage Nebula's excellent card draw.
There's nothing fancy here, though this deck doesn't lean as heavily into the Ronin archetype as some. You could easily drop Ronin and a few other cards for allies if you wanted, or cut down on some of the upgrades and add in more of the cards that make use of high DEF.
However, this deck is specifically built to reduce the risk of drawing dead cards when you flip down to alter-ego to play a technique, and most of the anti-ally Protection cards are events that can only be played in hero form.
Ready for a Fight and Practiced Plan help you flip down often (though usually not every turn). Hidden Base and Perseverance give you toughs, and Stand Alone, Pinned Down, and Under Control help you deal with minions. Retaliate chips away at the villains health together with Excelsior and your Weapons Master techniques.
Lethal Intent is going to be very hit or miss. Sometimes you can't resolve a technique due to some circumstance which may let you use Lethal Intent to trigger it later in your turn, and sometimes you can't (or don't want to) flip down which may allow you to use it, but in general it's not something you should expect to play into.
Combat Ready on the other hand can give you a lot of help. Yes, the technique you get is random among the ones in your deck, but when a zero cost card allows you to remove three threat or do four damage now AND at the beginning of your next turn, that's extremely efficient.
If you want to modify the deck, Hard to Ignore may not be necessery depending on how high the threat pressure is. You can also adjust the number of Pinned Down and Under Control to the number of minions.
As mentioned above, be cautious about adding events that require you to be in hero form, as drawing those when you've flipped to alter-ego to play a technique is very disappointing.
