Backstory
Like everyone else, I struggled a bit with Falcon at first. The issue is that his playstyle is kinda unique, and you can't really play him the same way you play every other hero. I built a Strength in Diversity deck for him, and it worked so well (Expert Ronan, Venom Goblin, etc.) that I didn't bother delving too much into his unique strengths.
But then I saw Righteous Purpose, and built this deck.
Long story short, it's more fun than the other deck while still being very effective.
KEY CARDS and priority
Cosmo is a great card for Falcon because he can stay on the board forever, since you always know what the next card in the encounter deck is.
This time, you want to intentionally get it wrong once so that, as soon as you have Righteous Purpose, he turns into a 3/3 companion. Inspired will make him a 4/4.
At that point, Command Team and Get Ready will do wonders.
More importantly, every time you use Cosmo, you discard a card from the encounter deck.
As soon as you see a card you can handle, you can grab it with Aerial Recon, which is arguably the most important card in Falcon's kit.
Unless you're playing Heroic, at the end of the player phase, you'll know exactly what's coming, so you can't lose.
Usually, you need to play Aerial cards and make good use of Eagle-eyed. This time, in addition to that, you have the help of the goodest boy in the galaxy (plus Get Ready and Command Team).
Customization
I've included the usual package of Make the Call, Nick Fury, Professor X, + Captain America (use Clarity of Purpose and Vibranium Microweave for it!), but you can build the deck differently, if you like.
Another version of this deck, for example, included 3 copies of Avenge Me. Or you might try Honorary Avenger + Sky Cycle or maybe even Mighty Avengers, Flight Squadron, Sidearm... It's up to you.
