Luke Cage…The aggressive Mayor.

Now you’ve done it. You’ve angered the bull. Now, instead of being annoyed by red… he is in red! This aggression deck looks pretty standard.

Quick note - I am in the church of 40. Some decisions had to be made to keep it at a 40 card deck.

The main combo or the game ender for this deck is the player side scheme - Keep up the pressure and - Knuckle sandwich. This player side, once taken care of, allows us to seek out an attack event. On top of this it then gives us one extra damage for each attack event played this turn. So, knuckle sandwich then does 4 damage each time it’s played. If it’s end game remove all of your toughs - if you have 5 toughs to discard that’s 20 damage. Just bear in mind that you’ll take one damage each time you discard a tough.

In addition to the combo - Power man gives us a card for free with the first tough discarded.

What I’m trying to say is build first. Make sure you’re strong and then let rip!

Relentless assault and into the fray are here to take out minions and control threat. Although, realistically look after Jessica Jones. She’ll be your main thwarter for the game. She’s better than a human meat shield. Use unbreakable bond to heal her up and Joys of life to either ready her or yourself (in Alter-Ego).

All of the allies are worthwhile. Psylocke is pretty expensive but the confuse is worth it. Brawn can be an early ally to play to help with threat removal. On the flip Goldballs should help you finish the game and finish strong.

Harlem’s hero is one of my favourite cards. You’ll get a tough and free readies on possibly all of your allies, depending on how many toughs you have. Use this when you need. Get those extra squeezes out of Nick Fury and Spider-Man who could have 4 attack per activation on the turn he’s put into play.

Build support is for HeliCarrier and Boot camp just adds a cheeky +1 attack to those beautiful allies.

This deck was made by a good friend. I cannot take any credit! I had to share it. It’s worked out so well against Klaw, Green Goblin Mutagen formula and Enchantress.
